| Winner of the Max Formation Physique Championship for his age group in 2000, Dr. Ronald Steven Kline "Ron" is often referred to as the "at the gym Doc" because of his interest and dedication to health, fitness and age management. Dr. Kline, who grew up in Arlington, started his private surgical practice in Arlington in 1979 where he has practiced ever since. Dr. Kline graduated from Arlington High School. He then attended UTA in 1966-67 and 1968-69 and the University of Houston in 1967-68.
After completing college in just 3 years, he was admitted to the medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston September in 1969. He graduated in June of 1973. He did his residency at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas 1973-79; his surgical internship 7/73 to 6/74; his surgical residency 7/74 to 6/78; and his colon and rectal surgery fellowship 7/78 to 6/79. Dr. Kline also attended Brite Divinity School at TCU and received Masters In theological Studies degree in 1995. He has read the Bible in its entirety in Greek and Hebrew as well as English.
Certified in Age Management Medicine by the Cenegenics Institute, Dr. Kline has been doing a modification of their program for 2 years. This combines hormone restoration, supplementation, and diet modification. Using this program on himself, Dr. Kline has maintained a 30 pound weight loss for over 2 years. Dr. Kline is also a trained and authorized Lipo-Ex® provider.
Dr. Kline has been married to his wife Brenda for 40 years. They have three children and 2 grandsons.
An Elder at First Christian Church in Arlington, Dr. Kline has taught adult Sunday school for over 30 years. His other interests include weight training; scuba diving/snorkeling; sailing; visiting beaches around the globe; reading both fiction and non-fiction; and pastel portraiture. |
